UEFA has published today its “Equipo Revelacion” for the 2012-2013 season of the Spanish League. Decided on by the European sports editorial body, the eleven consists of Andrés Fernández (Osasuna); Rukavina and Ebert (Valladolid), Varane (Real Madrid), and Illarramendi Iñigo Martínez (Real Sociedad), and Kondogbia Moreno (Sevilla), Koke and Diego Costa (Atlético) and Baptistão (Ray).
The team, which includes players who have burst onto the championship scene or have maintained significantly high performance, would be headed by Paco Jemez (Rayo), the best manager of the League. Vallecano’s whole season has not gone unnoticed and the style of play was great, even though they finished eighth in the table.
A new signing from Atletico Madrid is joined on the team by two of his new teammates: Koke and Diego Costa. The Madrid midfielder has completed a great course, with a good number of assists, while the Brazilian striker has played in an incredible state that has given many goals to Simeone, with even the top Cup scorer with eight goals , one of them in the final.
Neither the editors from UEFA.com have missed the campaign carried out by Real Sociedad, who have qualified for the Champions League, and have included two of their architects in Iñigo Martínez and Illarramendi among the selected.
Another team that has done well that brings two players to this Eleven is Valladolid, whose good season has been possible, in part, to the excellent contribution of Rukavina and Ebert.
Sevilla, despite its mediocre year, also has two players in the starting revelation: Moreno, and Kondogbia.
The rest of the team comprises Andres Fernandez, keeper for Osasuna, who has reaffirmed himself as one of the great Spanish goalkeepers, and Varane, who before his injury became indisputable in the center part of the rear of Real Madrid.
