Mourinho rules

The benefits of a good night’s sleep are numerous and so I have explained to the players. The first order was dinner two hours before going to bed to make a proper digestion, avoid coffee and other stimulants such as chocolate, alcohol and cola. The ideal is to eat foods containing calcium (milk, oily fish …) and magnesium(vegetables, nuts …). Avoid heavy meals.

Doctors consider it essential to arrive relaxed to bed, avoiding all excitement, and, at the time of sleep, not distracted by other activities such as, for example, watch TV or listen to the radio in bed.

The nap also becomes important before games because it helpsrelax the mind and body. It should last 30 minutes. Everything beyond this time may prejudice the mind of the player, who could charge himwith symptoms of disorientation.
